2nd DIA notification!

Yea! Today I received word that I have the 2nd DIA notice needed to continue moving forward with the adoption. There is still more paperwork and waiting but now I at the moment I am more optimistic that I will be with Trey for Christmas. I think you will agree - the best Christmas gift ever!
